A Fort Worth resident said he thought the storm had broken a tree branch in his yard before his wife told him, “Oh no, it’s Edward Scissorhands.”
       A mysterious man trims trees in Texas late at night, and not everyone enjoys trimming trees.
        Several home surveillance cameras in Fort Worth caught a man dubbed “Edward Scissorhands” by neighbors secretly cutting his hair, CBS News DFW reports. According to media reports, the man usually shows up around 3 am with the dog by his side.
       “I was talking to my wife Emily and I was like, ‘Hey, we had a storm last night,’ and she was like, ‘Oh no, it’s Edward Scissorhands,’” Jerry Balkenbush told reporters.
       Part of the problem was that the man cut too much off the tree, and the locals were responsible.
       ”Sometimes he just eats a little, but on someone else’s trees he eats a lot,” Ashley Thomann told the publication. “If something goes wrong with this tree, everyone will pay hundreds of dollars per tree to replace it.”

       Although the identity of the man remains unclear, the publication said several people filled out police reports.
